Had good customer service from Derek. Took the time to find a difficult problem with a hard to get at leak in constrained area requiring some aerobic positioning on his part. Then quickly problem solved a clunking issue in our toilets. So pleased to recommend to prospective client.

Our Melbourne business, The Water People have been contracting Troy and his team at Freshwater Group for all of our Perth water coolers, Zip and Billi tap installation and maintenance/repairs etc. for the past 3 years. We have always found them to be excellent communicators, on time, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Perth region.
