Martha is a gem. I was initially apprehensive about this procedure, but Martha immediately put me at ease and was very collaborative when planning the shape and colour tone. The numbing cream works a treat and Martha really takes the time to ensure each brow is perfect.After touch ups, my brows look amazing!

I found Martha absolutely lovely, and tried her very best to make me feel comfortable. She was very professional and down to earth at the same time. I love my eyebrows, it was the first time i had them done and Martha was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with the colour and depth. I recommend The Brow Institute.

First sessions (original review)Martha was awesome.Really focused on the customer experience she took her time to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the colour, shape and what to expect post microblading.Thereafter (added)I have found it impossible to book in my secondary follow up session, multiple emails unanswered. It is this session which touches it up, completes the look.After spending so much money in session 1, it is really disappointing- will be looking for another vendor to complete.My original review was 5 stars, but had to come back and update to 2.If you are lucky to get a second session, the 5 would no doubt continue. For me however it's just been a disappointing experience.

I highly recommend this place for nano-bladed brows. I have a medium skin tone with dark hair, and Martha matched my brows perfectly. She's super friendly, and the venue is very clean and professional.Note that it is inside of the dental clinic. I do think the signage needs to be more obvious; I wandered around the block looking for the entrance for a while. There's also curb-side parking for 1 hour (enough time to do your brows).Don't stress if your brows looks too dark and intense immediately afterwards. I was a bit worried, but trusted the process. However, now that it has fully healed, the strokes are so delicate and the colour matches so well that it just looks like my natural brows.If it is your first time getting your brows done, definitely book a consultation first. I found the consultation very useful because we decided on how the brows would look, and it gave me a chance to wear" the penciled-in shape.I'm excited to see how my brows will look in a year's time!"

Martha is a gem - I went in after contemplating getting my brows done for three years and walked out of the consultation super excited about the next appointment. During the process, I was super comfortable, I think if napped for a bit (yeah, I was that comfortable), and Martha did a great job showing me the colour options, and we decided to mix two to suit my mixed tones. I've received so many compliments on the new shape, which has dramatically boosted my confidence. Martha answers all your questions, the aftercare, the form, the little details and everything else, and you'll love her if you're a perfectionist like myself.

Martha is so lovely, patient & great to deal with. Also she is very thorough, thoughtful & really listened to me in regards to my imperfect eyebrows.All up I went three times for my eyebrows to be done within the span of three months. I supposed I’m one of those ones with oily skin which the ink didn’t stay on but the latest method Martha used is so far perfect (almost a week ago it was last done) and am hoping the ink won’t fade away again.I’m happy with the shape & colour. Everyone has been commenting how great my eyebrows are!Thank you again Martha for being you & so accommodating!Will definitely return again and highly recommend Martha to make the changes in your life!!
