I wish I could give him 0. Extremely unreliable, rudest person on this planet, never came to fix per plan. My kids had to suffer because he did not come to fix the air conditioning.

Very good service.. No drama for the cost of getting the services. My whole bill, included a new installation and a leak repair & refill. Was lower then the quote I had just for an installation.

You cannot RELY on Reliance.The owner has been stringing me along from last year October promising me that he will come next week to fix my evaporative (This was said on multiple occasions).Don't waste your time please go elsewhere if you require prompt & reliable service.

I received exceptionally good service from Reliance. The representative assisted me with an urgent repair required for an aging air-conditioning unit. I thought the system would be too old to repair and was thrilled when he said he could have it running again in no time. He achieved this very quickly and performed a quality repair. In fact, he went out of his way to assist me...even completing the job after normal working hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reliance. Well done.

Don't waste your time with this fellow. The guy never came to fix my evaporative per booked time. He did not answer my calls. Finally he answered my call and his tone was very rude and told me to find someone through google.
