Thanks so much Emma! Had to go for two rounds to get rid of my wax but got there in the end. The office is beautiful and clean. The whole team were as professional as they were personable which made the experience more relaxing. Would recommend to anyone to check them out!

I walked in with no appointment at the end of the day and rather than tell me to come back, Emma welcomed me in and treated me on the spot. Emma was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing along the way and made sure I was comfortable. Emma and the receptionist are super friendly and easy going. Would happily recommend her!

Hear and Clear Care
I have been worried about the hearing in one of my ears; so I booked in an appointment and saw Emma yesterday. Firstly, the clinic is beautiful! Secondly, the receptionist Jo, was extremely easy to communicate with and made the experience all that much easier. When it was time to go in Emma made me feel comfortable and explained the testing process (as I had not done this before). After the testing, she explained the results and then talked to me about my options. I will be using Emma and the team at Hear and Clear Care for all my future hearing needs. Thanks Emma & Jo!

I brought my 9 year old son in for a hearing check and was very pleaded with the level of care received. Emma was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to my son. I recommend this hearing specialist.

What an absolutely refreshing change…first class customer service!! Emma took all the stress and anxiety out of organising hearing aids for my elderly dad by coming to him! This was a huge help, not only so dad didn’t have to travel but so that Emma was able to adjust the hearing aids in dad’s normal environment. Professional, friendly and caring - would highly recommend.

Emma is experienced and well qualified. We found her friendly and easy going as well as efficient and professional. She has excellent communication skills and provided us with comprehensive analyses of our hearing tests. We have visited audiologists in the past and she exceeded our expectations. Hear and Clear Care
I had a great experience at Hear and Clear Care. I went to see Emma as I had some ongoing irritation in one of my ears and she was able to assess my problem, including showing me my ear canal through a live camera and talking me through what was going on. Emma then provided me with the appropriate treatment and my ear feels much better. I highly recommend seeing Emma for any hearing or ear problems!
