Autobarn Camberwell

Went in today to get some advice on sound systems and speakers , was served by hakon, absolutely brilliant service , very knowledgeable, good advice , I had a cheap set of speakers in my car and aftermarket headunit and sub and amp running the sub , I work as a mechanic but know very little about the ins and outs of audio system outside of factory set ups , and explained the best way to set up how to wire it , and sold me a set of Rockford fosgate p16 punch speakers and explained it's better on the wallet to piece the parts together as you and I have to say these speakers are some the best speakers I've ever had , went in for advice , left with knowledge, good service and a great set of speakers well played hakon, will definitely be returning to him and this store when I need to upgrade the rest of the system as I go

Charlie from camberwell autObarn gave me and the first few customers before me outstanding service! He’s work ethics was understanding and considerate of the customers needs. Dealing with him was so much better and was worth the wait.

Went in to return something (unused & perfect condition with receipt within deadline) staff member was very weird and rude during the process. Exasperated sighs, slamming the keyboard, blunt and dismissive communication. Totally unnecessary

Young bloke sold me the wrong headlights despite me confirming the car make/model/year.

Stripped windscreen wiper, raining, near shop closing time. Didn’t know where to go. Rang Autobarn Camberwell. “Yes. We can help. Come to the shop and I’ll fit new wipers for you” Job done. Brilliant service. Rare these days. Many thanks!

Really bad experience. Went to get paint to fix a chip on my car, showed a photo with what I thought was the paint code. Was told by the clerk that it wasn't a paint code and I need to call the manufacturer for it. So I went outside the store to call and was given the paint code that's exactly what was shown on my photo! While on the phone they closed the door on us at 4pm on the dot even though on their website they say they close at 5pm. Horrible.

Can't thank the team enough at Camberwell Autobarn, especially Peter who so kindly helped me with a car key battery issue...will have this store front of mind for my car needs next time. Many thanks for being so helpful, perhaps small for you but challenging for me so much appreciated Paula
