Next Wave Therapy

I have been seeing Zac as my sports physio for years now, and wouldn’t trust anyone else. After a big injury last year (broken leg, syndesmosis injury and ankle surgery) he helped me get back both running and ice skating. His rehab program was great and geared towards me being able to do the sports I love. The results speak for themselves, and I’ve known people with lesser injuries who are still struggling with certain skating components.

was told i was seeing someone with experience with the ndis. wasted my time going to assessments and multiple appointments that of course all go billed top dollar and then got the report back that was completely unusable and activity harmed my funding application.

Next wave have been amazing, not just because of the staff and wide range of therapies offered but also how efficient the team and admin work. Very professional and efficient processes. Next wave also are very up there with always trying to implement new systems and strategies to keep things flowing even more and take business practices to the next level.The staff are very well trained and I notice they are supported in continuous further training to not only empower and support staff but to also stay at the top of current practices and methods. This makes me feel confident that my health care will evolve with the knowledge that is being immersed in the practice.I also really like how Next Wave have a holistic care approach, I can get a wide variety of services and care all in the one place. This is important to me.I am finally excited about the direction of working towards my health and goals because of Next Wave.

Sasha and the team at Next Wave Therapy are the most fantastic, empathetic and genuinely caring group of health professionals.I first saw Sasha three years ago when I rang her off a random google search. I was in tears with severe neck pain and at a complete loss as to how to help myself.To say she has changed my life is an understatement, with regular appointments we have gotten my neck pain and migraines to a manageable level and she has been an instrumental support for me through my health journey. She has provided incredibly detailed accurate and compassionate reports for NDIS. She is a highly skilled and specialised occupational therapist. A great combination of Sasha for learning meditation techniques and herbal remedies and Jonathan for post-injury physiotherapy equates to a great team. Also Next wave is open early and late - great for us 9 to 5ers. Highly recommend Next Wave.
