Loved it. Hard to find (I'm not a local) but well worth it. Very helpful and friendly gentleman on duty. And the fabrics are to die for.

I just had the best commercial sewing machine service I have ever had at Chandler's Cottage. I have a Bernina, and the service was extremely thoroughly conducted and the Bernina mechanic was outstanding. I was really impressed by the depth with which he explained what was happening with my machine (even showing me photos of a little spring that he replaced) and also helpful tips on how to maintain my machine and carry it. I highly recommend Chandler's Cottage as a Bernina dealer!
