Incredible service from the minute you walk in the door, I pre book for every event knowing my hair and makeup will be looking fabulous! These incredible women (magicians) made me feel like myself again, highly recommend treating yourself.

Kitty from SoBo has been doing my facials for about 3 months now and I will NEVER trust another person with my skin. She's saved my problematic skin and now I feel confident to go out with no makeup on! Marilyn has also done my makeup a couple of times and I wish she could do it every morning for me!! Best salon EVER!!!!I’ve been coming to SOBO for about 4 years and I would not trust ANYONE else with my hair than the girls at SOBO. Kelly and Alex are extremely talented hair colourists and stylists who leave you with AMAZING results every time that will leave you obsessed! And I have not been disappointed once. The environment of this salon is unmatched, from the moment you first walk into the door to the time you leave you’ll have a great experience! Kitty’s facials are AMAZING and I could not recommend them more if you feel like pampering yourself. Could not even think about going anywhere else and if you are looking for a new hairdresser, need any beauty/makeup services or wanting to have any skin treatments then Kitty, Kelly, Alex and Tayla are the girls you need!

Love love love everything about this little studio. So modern, the girls are so lovely and genuinely make you feel like they are looking after you and what your skin is suited for. I have had several skin needling treatments as I suffer from pigmentation and my skin has been the best it has been for years I don’t think I will ever let anyone else treat my skin, kitty has been so personal and assessing my needs rather. The make up and hair I have had done here has been the best I have had ever before so much so I have requested their amazing work for my wedding.Thanks so much ladies for the very best treatment and service every time I come in

The worst experience ever!!!!!My stylist clearly didn’t understand what I was looking for .I even show the shade which I wanted but ended up with completely different colour.I asked for caramel half foil, very natural looking got Yellow from top to bottom .when the appointment was done I couldn’t tell how bad it was because it was almost 7:30 pm and lighting wasn’t very good .But when I wake up next morning i was horrified .it was only 1 day before Good Friday which I have already planned with family and friends for lunch.End up using headband to hide damaged yellow Hair.When i called and explained about the outcome they offered me for toner.The stylist was nice but she clearly mentioned she was not the one who did my consultation so she can only help me with toner .It was bit different and looks ok after the toner and blowout butI washed my hair yesterday and I can see my hair colour is going back to yellow.It was Such a waste of money and completely unfair For me spending $$$ for the service .I will be colouring my hair with box colour this weekend.Really Really disappointed !!!! I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

First time at soBo today, had my hair washed and blow waved by Kitty and Meg helped out to! Great work with my mop - thank you! Will be back, have booked my next app! A nice pampering experience!

I have had my hair done by Kelly and treatments done by Kitty. Everytime I walk in I immediately feel at home with these guys. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and great at what they do. Can’t wait to come back after lockdown.
