I have been a user of the MYBOS system for over 9 years and have found it to be a great tool for building and asset management!

I have to say I am always weary of new programs and as I am not the smartest card in the deck I am reluctant when starting on new software.It is only after trying for a while and working the functions that i wonder what I was worried about. MYBOS has started as practical and is now turning into a bonus.

We used to manage buildings using excel spreadsheet, word docs and emails. We have since migrated our buildings to MYBOS and find it absolutely invaluable. The issuing of work-orders, scheduling maintenance or reporting is very easy and our admin work-load has reduced significantly. Highly recommend it.

Working with the Mybos system makes the job a whole lot easier. The simplistic lay out and ease of navigation makes creating jobs, reporting etc.. a breeze. By far the best building management software on the marketJames - Manage-Meant - Central Park

Mybos is easy for everyone in the hotel to use - from housekeeping to maintenance to building management. It enables us to keep a record of everything needing repairs or replacement, right from the reporting stage, through to completion, and provides easy reference to past issues. Very convenient and straight forward.

Occasional glitches when attempting to add photos using Android mobile device. Otherwise concise and easy to navigate building maintenance software
