Blu Peter Homestore

I visited Blu Peter on 12th Jan and was deeply disappointed by the behavior of one of the cashiers. The individual was extremely rude to another customer, and the altercation lasted for an unacceptable 10 minutes. The customer was barely speaking and this cashier kept continuing. She had a friend in the store who was trying to calm her down to no avail. I’ve never seen anything like this. This behavior is completely unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I have been a frequent customer of this store, but due to this incident, I will not be returning. No customer should ever have to endure being bullied and attacked by staff while trying to make a purchase. It is important that management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

Really happy with our experience with Blu Peter! We got their team to furnish our Apartment and the way they worked through everything so meticulously I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend and will be using them for our new house being built!

Great furniture and some really unique pieces! Had them fit out our new place in Cott. Rob their delivery driver was very helpful getting the couches up our 4 flights of stairs to our rooftop terrace! Will pop in again for a purchase!

I purchased an Ethiopian Cross online. Whilst delivery was fast, the packaging was extremely poor and the stand was flimsy. This meant that the cross was bent and does not stand up straight. I sent feedback over 2 weeks ago as I was very disappointed and had spent close to $900 and there has been no acknowledgement of my email or an apology. I would not recommend buying online and I will not be a repeat customer

Can't get enough of this shop, will definitely be going back - there is nothing like it in Perth. The furniture and home accessories are so thoughtfully sourced from around the world. I recently bought a rug from there that looks amazing in my living room. It is hand made and the quality is fantastic. Thanks Adri-Ann for being so patient and helpful with my selections.
