Bought my car from Bedggoods a year and a half ago, love the car but the service is lousy. I had a problem with it through no fault of my own. When I asked for help Service manager Matt told me it was my fault for buying the car 2 hours from where I live. I sent an email to accounts over a week ago, no answer. I forwarded the same email to Dilshan 2 days ago, no answer. What would Mr Bedggoods think of this?

Very happy with the 2021 Cerato GT purchased from here. Super easy process, allowed me to put a holding deposit as I was unable to come out and view for a few days.My salesman, Leigh, was nothing short of fantastic. Got a great trade in offer on my old car. All paperwork was done and dusted, making the purchase that much easier.And to top it off, he even made the trip to Melbourne to swap over the cars. Definitely recommend if you're looking to buy/sell!

Just bought a used Kia Sorento through Ryan Carey at Bedggoods motors and could not be happier :-) Ryan did everything he promised, was responsive, patient, efficient and courteous throughout the whole sales cycle. Bedggoods detailed the car and filled it up with a tank of fuel as well as serviced it before we picked it up today...all things they didn't have to do but made me so happy when I picked the car up! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!
