I would have given 5 stars, but there is no wheelchair access to the door, which I was very surprised at.Norman was just fantastic, patient and kind with my disabilities, to ensure I could lean into the equipment Especially that he fitted me in with little notice.The old blast your eye ball with air"

I’m sorry but I cannot recommend this optometrist. I did not realise how inappropriate my under correction was until I saw another optometrist and an ophthalmologist. This has caused me considerable anxiety and significant expense and I regret having chosen OPSM.

I brought in two pairs of operating loupes which had each lost a screw holding in my lenses, hoping I might be able to purchase the screw needed to fix them. Ruthie instead went above and beyond, fixed both pairs for me in an instant and gave them a well needed clean. Much appreciated and will be back very soon for an eye test and a new pair of specs! Thanks so much!
