Been once a few months ago and was good enough. Now the website won't let us book and trying to call them is a horrible joke.I wouldn't use them. You have to make all the effort to fit around them, plenty of other clinics with better services which make it a pleasure to deal with.

After being told I’d have to wait over a month for a paediatric ultrasound appointment with two other radiology providers, I gave Western Radiology a ring (never having used them before). Third time lucky!! I got an appointment the following day, at a much closer location than the other providers could offer. The receptionists were absolutely lovely and the sonographer was professional, kind, and patient with my baby. And they were running on time! Highly recommend, I’ll be coming here for all our future radiology needs!

I rang the number,then had the option for them to ring me back.i pressed no 2 left my number.No one rang back .Then I rang back was on hold for over an 1 hr .at 5.00 pm the automated message said they atr now closed.Next day I booked it with a different company.Second time ot happened to me with western Radiology.Not happy.not going through them again.

Friendly staff and receptionist, great service. Had X-ray and ultrasound done and it went smooth. Result was back to gp on time. Sandy at reception have been great help, very sweet and kind.

This is my 1st pregnancy so I went in to my ultrasound a bit nervous, but the reception staff and the sonographer were professional, very friendly, and gave me all the information that I needed to know before I came to the appointment and during the appointment. Wait time was only a couple minutes and I felt at ease thru out the procedure. I will be returning back to Western Radiology for future appointments.

I have done my first pregnancy ultrasound scans with them and I am returning for my second pregnancy. When I did the bookings, the staff explained clearly how I should prepare for the appointment. I met very friendly staff at the reception and professional radiologist to explain all the procedures and images to me. The whole process was very efficient with only very short waiting time so I think they have good control on appointments. I got a disc back home so that my family can see all the images from the ultrasound. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you!!

Receptionist really nice and helpful. Took my 4 month old in for a scan, she explained everything and prepared us well. Sonographer was just as great, very nice, and explained what he was looking for at every step, gentle and patient with my son. They definitely picked the right field to work in.

I'm not one to post a review like this however Western Radiology are now charging non Pension/ Health Care card Holders for Ultrasounds/ X-rays as of today, Wednesday November 16 2022.When I asked why they were now charging for these services I was told that Medicare rebates haven't changed in 20 years and ' they have seven locations to run' etc.Chose Western Radiology at your own discretion.
