Had Andersen's Capalaba quote and install new carpet in 4 bedrooms and hallway in early September 2022. Quote was very competitive, and the lads did a fantastic job installing, started at around 0800 and finished around 1500. Quality of the carpet is way better than I expected, it is absolutely beautiful, and very soft underfoot. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Andersen's Capalaba have recently supplied and installed Karndean Vinyl Planks throughout my home.The whole process with Anthony at Andersen's Capalaba from selection, ordering, removal of existing ceramic tiles to supply and installation of planking flowed smoothly. Believe me I asked a lot of questions…did my own research and was satisfied with Anthony's knowledge and skill regarding the product and process. He made me aware of possibly issues with my concrete slab after ceramic tiles were removed and likely costs involved. It was good to have this information before commencement of work.All the trademen involving with installation were respectful, helpful and keen to provide me with quality work to met my satisfaction. They were a happy team who enjoyed their work and displayed high customer support skills, keeping me informed throughout every step of the installation. When an issue was discovered with slab, Anthony visited my home for consultation with the experts and discussed options with me. At the end of the day, the guys always said goodbye, inform me what time they'd be here the next day, what they'd be doing and how long each process would take. This made it easy for me to plan my days.I am very happy with my new flooring and the standard of workmanship of the product and installation.
