I wanted to improve my overall cardio fitness and strength which I am finally getting from joining Kate's outdoor fitness. I feel so much stronger both physically and mentally since joining get fit outdoors. I have more energy and more get up and go than I ever did before. I love it all due to the variety, the outdoor experience with nature and space to workout. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

I am in my mid-sixties and have known Kate for about 12 months.I enjoy Kate’s sessions as they have introduced me to a new range of exercises and we have variety in our workouts, meaning no two sessions are the same.I am not a gym type of person, so exercising outdoors with a great group of people in a park setting really suits me.Kate is an excellent trainer and her encouraging and enthusiastic style ensures I get the most out of each session.

I started with Kate's Introduction to FiftyFitness package and have signed up for ongoing training. Kate is a friendly and enthusiastic trainer who listens to what your fitness goals are and helps you to achieve them in a fun and relaxed training environment. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions and feel energised afterwards.

I took Kate’s Online Fitness Starter Course and can’t recommend it highly enough!The training was set up perfectly, and I love how the program was customised for me and my lifestyle. To be able to participate in an exercise session to help me to be able to be strong and healthy as I age is great. I enjoy being outside when the weather is nice, and it is a really nice start to the day. Kate does know her stuff and makes sure that we are doing the exercises correctly.Beth.

Kate makes her exercise classes enjoyable with attention to your needs, explaining the benefits of each exercise and working at your own pace. She is always encouraging and providing you an incentive to work that little bit harder. I would recommend Kate to anyone.

Since starting with Kate with an intro session (to see how I go...) a few weeks ago, I am now ready to move on from 1 session per week to 2 sessions per week. What I love about Kate is that she travels to you, or a park near one's place .The early morning, out in the open amongst the trees, sessions really set me up and ready for the day. Kate's support, her knowledge about the body (I am learning a thing or two), and her enthusiasm as well as her encouragement while doing the exercises are awesome. Her individually designed programs differ every time so all muscle groups get an amazing workout. It's never boring and makes me want to do more, hence the 2 sessions a week! Thank you Kate!

I recently signed up for Kate's free daily warm up video series. These simple exercises are a great way to start my day. Before starting these exercises, I was a little stiff and sore for a while after getting out of bed. These exercises help me get moving much more quicker. I feel this series will work wonderfully for both a morning routine and warmup for exercise. I will be incorporating this routine into our crew warmups for my sport, Dragonboating.

Before working with Kate I felt very unfit and struggled with some everyday activities. However, over the last six months my fitness has slowly improved and the activities I struggled with have become easier. I am very happy with Kate’s expertise and love her personal approach. It is so very different from an anonymous gym class. I feel a much needed accountability to turn up and do my best, which I just wouldn’t get if I attended a gym class. I most enjoy how I feel for the rest of the day, knowing that I have done something good for myself.
