Poor service, poor knowledge of water jetter machine. Cost me more money unnecessarily. My machine was left with out the low water cut off relay fitted, multiple water leaks and not calibrated to suit my nozzles. Not to mention the work shop was a mess that reflects the workmen ship.

Recently purchased a pressure cleaner off Ray and the service was spot on. Ray was very helpful when I was doing my research on what to buy, answering all my questions. Ray ended up selling me everything I needed and nothing that I didn't need. Would highly recommend you give them a call.

Took my Jetter Drain Machine to Ray for a repair. He quoted me $3000 to repair it but advised machine was getting old and tried to sell me a new Jetter $10,000. I spent $9500 on a new Jetter from another supplier as i need it for our business then picked up my Jetter from Ray and could see he had not even looked at it. I spent 45 minutes fixing it myself with no parts needed and Jetter is working perfectly. Unnecessarily spent thousands of dollars trusting his word. Do not use Eastwood! Clearly can not be trusted.
