Ivanhoe Gardens

As a previous renter, this apartment block is a classic developed with cheap materials and flogged to investors with extremely poor management.Management has a strong focus on ensuring people don't exceed the visitor car parking time limits (which is fair), but completely neglects everything else.The squash court has been out of order from July 2022 until Jan 2023 when I moved out and was still out of order, with a sign on the door essentially saying awaiting maintenance, with no further updates from management.I emailed management regarding some extremely derogatory comments I received whilst in the building but received no acknowledgement, yet when I emailed someone was parking in my allocated car park to see if this warranted a reply - it did - and was sent within 24 hours.Largely, everything looks reasonable but the cheap cost of materials ensures lots of scratches/dents occur, but the worst thing is definitely the building manager by the name of Warrick, the assistant managers who have come and gone are infinitely more reasonable, understanding and competent than Warrick.

As a person who’s renting a property at Ivanhoe gardens I highly recommend to stay STAY AWAY from here. Great place with great facilities but the building manager and permanent residents have a millions rules in place which makes living in this place miserable.
