Absolutely amazing 3D cake, received in perfect condition.The cake was amazingly detailed. It was a delicious cake to eat as well as look at. The service was excellent, very friendly and professional.Highly recommended!

I ordered a doggie cake for my dog's 15th birthday. The chocolate flavour was perfect; not too sweet and not too bland. Joyful Baking was amicable and very accommodating to all of my requests and the line of communication was smooth.The reason for my 4-star rating is that the 3D ribbon fell off the cake soon after I picked it up and the way it was attached again was not as good as I first saw the cake. The 3D dog could have been made a little bit bigger to match the photo template I provided them.Other than that, I am extremely grateful and will be returning and ordering again.

The product was 5 star quality ... Our cake presented beautifuly, and the taste was equal to the presentation. Couldn't be happier with Joyful Baking. Most importantly our guests loved it. The lack of a cake box is the only reason it didn't get a 5 on the review.

We ordered the pandan chiffon with gula malaca frosting and it was amazing! Highly recommend it! I placed the order on very short notice and i was really impressed with their response. Will definitely be going back to try other flavours too!
