Tricked us into signing a 3 year contract when they said it was a one year, then the price of their rubbish collection doubled within 3 months. They would not cancel contract, so unless we went to court we were stuck. Went to Clean away who were half the price. Had to continue to pay the $18 a month rent for the bin we wernt using until the contract expired. Beware very dodgy company

This company is very underhanded, on altering the delivery schedule they present a new contract and get some poor unsuspecting employee to sign it, your contract then runs for another 3 years, and the only way you can get out of it is to pay them the entire amount it would cost over the period.

After contract ended they roll over contract without notification and resigning want an early exit fee of $250.00 and they increase prices as they see fit. Going to court over this. Consumer beware.
