Mullumbimby Hire & Sales

Mullumbimby Hire and Sales set up a wonderful marquee for our wedding. They were happy to work with us on where we wanted the marquee placed and they had beautiful tables and chairs which we used inside. The team at Mullumbimby Hire & Sales also visited the location before the event to make sure the marquee would fit and could be assembled appropriately in our desired location. The only thing we did not know was that we had to set up the tables and chairs ourselves, so it would have been good to know this beforehand so we could plan it into our schedule for getting the marquee decorated. Overall, they did a great job and were easy to work with.

We used Mullum Hire for our wedding - glasses, tablecloths, ice buckets, gas heaters and festoon lights. They had a great range of products (loved being able to generate my own quote), good prices and lovely customer service. We will definitely use them again for our next event. We hired a marquee & cool room off Mullum Hire for a wedding & I couldn't praise Terry & Mark enough, they went above & beyond to accommodate us. They fielded many stressed phone calls from me and put me at ease every time with such a kind professional manner. I would always use them again & recommend them to anyone....awesome!

We hired a marquee, dancefloor and furniture from Mullum Hire. Terry was so patient and supportive. Late rain meant for some extra stress but the Mullum Hire team were up to it and we had a great day for our son's wedding. Would highly recommend these guys.

We used Mullum Hire as our one-stop-shop hire company for our wedding in Bangalow, and they were fantastic. Terry and the team were incredibly helpful, flexible and capable, resulting in a hassle free and really calming experience in the lead up to the event. They communicated very well throughout, and the set up and bump out were smooth and uncomplicated. Highly recommend their services to anyone doing an event of any scale, as they will do whatever they can to get it just right.

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. The worst communication I have ever had with a business, you wouldn’t think it would be so hard for a Hire company to Hire something out. I would not rely on this company if you have a special event. I needed a marquee for my event I had been told it was available for hire and an invoice would be emailed. I was following up via email, call ect. for an invoice only to be told “We didn’t think this hire was a go ahead because we haven’t heard from you” When I finally received some communication just days before my event I was yet again ghosted for hours the day before It was required. Save yourself the stress choose a different hire company.

We hired furniture and cooking equipment through mullum hire for a wedding and they were really easy & professional to work with. Everything went off without a hitch and the drop off guys were very helpful and accommodating.

This Company is wonderful! Fantastic Customer Service and great communication. I would highly recommend.Recently my Mother passed away from Cancer while we were organising our wedding with the hope that she might be able to be there with us. Unfortunately things did not go to as we had hoped. Mullum Hire offered to return a large amount of our deposit or hold a credit for us until we feel ready.Thank you! This means a great deal to the family having a company show compassion and empathy in this time.

Never again would I recommend Mullumbimby Hire, they didn't do the job i asked for, for our Wedding, timber floor in main marquee was not level, ceremony marquee had a clear roof which was terrible for sun and our guests, look all our bond money never return a cent, claiming we broke $500 of stock?, not a single piece was broken...or missing...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTER, BECAREFUL of this company. So disappointed in this place AND DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Karma Mullumbimby Hire Karma.

We recently had the boys from mullum hire set up our wedding reception. Cannot recommend highly enough, the effort Mark, Peter and Terry put into making our day great was second to none ! Everyone that attended made comment on how great the setup was!
