I have driven from Perth with a software issue that dealers couldn't find time to fix. Came into Blacklocks in Wodonga and spoke to Michael in Service who fitted me in straight away and persisted on the problem to get it fixed. The dealership is spotless and the staff super friendly. All other dealerships should come here to see how it's done properly.. No wonder they have so many awards.

Very Happy with Blacklocks Ford in Wodonga. They have always honoured repairs under warranty. The never try to upsell things that are unnecessary charges or fixes. Always get a service car to get to and from work. Nice friendly helpful team.

Took my 2016 Renault master in as it wouldn't go in reverse. Drove forward no problem. They diagnosed and said I needed a new flywheel, clutch assembly, bearings, hydraulic pump and other items. Basically wanting to rebuild my gearbox. And quoted $12,000 as you can imagine I was gutted I took it somewhere else, back street garage And they found it was just a switch on the gear stick a $800 fix.Van works great.Called blacklocks to get my $175 mis-diagnosed fee back. But they said no.My argument was if I had said yes and paid the $12000 it still would not have fixed my problem, they would have kept taking money guessing what was wrong until when. perhaps changing the seats and mirrors might fix it too...Surely customer relationship is not important to you.
