Greencross Vets Booragoon

The staff are very welcoming and patience. On arrival we are greeted and my 7 month old kitten is allowed to come out and explore the kitten room until the vet is ready to see her. They also give treats.

I cannot fault Greencross Booragoon. They are always so accommodating and and always doing their best to help. The vets are so knowledgeable and caring. My dog has needed ear drops for the last week and today I was struggling to get them in. I called Greencross and they said I could bring him down and they would squeeze me in to help put the ear drops in (keeping in mind it is Saturday). I am so grateful for their help. I believe the nurses that were there this morning were JP and Catherine?, so I would like to give them a special mention for their help.

Dr Jasmin is a godsend! Incredibly thorough in examining my dogs, never rushed any appointments and always took me through all the possible treatment options. The nurses are also great, everyone always have a smile on their faces, such a pleasant place to walk into.

Awesome care for our fur babies! Rupert is very well cared for.

Our dog Freckles has made a number of visits to Greencross BooragoonHis visits have ranged from vaccination, annual checkup to major dental workHe is not an easy dog to handle but vet Jasmin has been very caring and patient with her dealings with him. She has been willing to spend as much time as required with him and will sit on the floor with him to obtain his trust.Also the cost of treatment has been excellentThank you Greencross

The staff here have gone above and beyond for making my very anxious dog feel comfortableSlowly with each visit he is building up more trust with the doctor. I suspect eventually the measure in place will be a thing of the past. So thankful for their patience for my beloved pooch!

We attended the clinic for what turned out to be a scratched cornea on my border collie puppy's eye. Jen the vet was amazing and her professionalism and care made what was a stressful event for us manageable. The whole experience was first class, will definitely be back!

We are new to the area and are so happy to have found Greencross Booragoon to look after our two dogs. They were highly recommended to us by our family and have transitioned their files and all reminders seamlessly. Dr Jennifer did an extensive first consult to get to know our dogs, I have never experienced a vet doing such a thorough examination and chatting to her during the process gave me confidence in how much the whole team really care :)One of my dogs recently had some abnormal blood test results and the team went above and beyond to find a vet to do his ultrasound ASAP so that we could work out what was happening. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Dr Jasmine and the team :)
