My favourite salon in the city! Never fail to leave my lashes looking amazing after my tint and lift and they always seem to last super long.Super friendly staff that were happy to answer any of my questions.

I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had at Let’s face it. I have been a loyal customer for years just to be poorly treated by the owner and her staff. I recently took my daughters there to experience what it was like to get waxed, the appointment went great. They were very clear about how much they charged me, just to call me the next day to tell me my payment didn’t go through and I would have to come back. I had also called up before my appointment just to double check the prices. Once I had got there the lady at the front desk charged me extra then I had initially payed forcing me to pay for waxes that my daughters hadn’t received. My daughters are 11 and 12 years of age and do not have much hair it was primarily just for the experience. Sophie the owner saw what was happening in her own store and chose to ignore it and not help the situation which made me saddened and annoyed. Sophie and her staff made it very clear to me after my experience that they do not have good quality service towards their clients and genuinely want the money and that is a disgrace. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the way they handled the situation even after I made myself clear that I was happy to pay for the waxing that had been done. It is disgusting how they treated us after being loyal customers for a long time. I canceled my appointment the next day not wanting to go back to a place that treats their clients horrible with no respect.

Great service and nice studio. I initially booked a basic facial and after the helpful advice of the facialist I ended up having a facial that was more nourishing for my skin. The facialist was incredibly knowledgeable about skin and suitable products. I felt to be in safe and caring hands and look forward to returning - thank you.

Life changing and skin transforming experience here. I felt instantly connected with Renee one of the lovely beauticians who guided me through my first facial here and prescribed me with a tailored at home skin care program. My results from two facials are incredible. I am so excited to return and highly recommend Let’s Face it for real results, exceptional customer service and the best vibes.

Got my first facial at LFI well over a year ago, Sophie, Chrissy and Josephine are amazing at what they do and will go above and beyond to help their clients. They are very informative and gentle with my skin.They’ve transformed my skin and addressed any skin concerns I may have. As well as they’ve put on skincare and explained what each product would do to my skin. They have truly transformed skin.I definitely recommend them to whoever wants to transform their skin.Thank you once again ☺️

I had an incredible experience at this salon.They fixed my eyebrows that had been ruined at another salon. They really lifted my confidence with how well they did.The staff were kind and very helpful. Very easy to book through the website.I’ll definitely be back.

The minute you step through the door you can’t help but feel special. Sophie and Chrissy are just beautiful people inside and out and will go above and beyond no matter your reason for visiting. The atmosphere that is created is caring and the skin care knowledge and advice is second to none. I cannot recommend Let’s Face it enough.

Super disappointed in these people, especially seeing as I’m a regular customer - I had booked a wax thinking I was working from home, only to be told late the night before that I had to go into the office. I called first thing in the morning and asked to move my appointment because I couldn’t get to the salon and was told that would be another $50 as I had to forfeit my $40 deposit.Yes, I understand that you have a policy in place but it’s not reasonable. I wasn’t canceling and going elsewhere. I was Re-booking because my job required me at work. If I could have attended I would. I won’t be back. Too many other places who won’t charge me for rescheduling.

Had my first appointment this morning and I can’t believe I didn’t go to LFI sooner! Arrived early with my son who had to sit in the waiting area. Not only was my experience first class but the wonderful staff kept an eye on him for me and told me how wonderful his behaviour was as I was leaving. Will recommend to EVERYONE. Great prices, flawless service, incredible and warm customer relations. Fifteen out of ten from me!
