I have been to this servo many times. its much better than the close by servo. Staff is very friendly and awesome customer service. Quality fuel i never had any issue. thanks keep it up

Public health warning - a few days ago, we had stopped at the Shell service station in Glen Innes.My son went to purchase a chocolate bar - to our surprise, many packets had large holes in them from rodents having an obvious feast. Rodent droppings and torn up pieces of wrappers were also very evident. We informed the attendant who seemed disinterested.My apologies for leaving a negative review, however in the interest of public health, this needs to be addressed.Pest control and hygiene issues need to be addressed.

Went here only because I had a g’day discount code. They don’t tell you they don’t accept any discount codes or flybuys until AFTER you’ve purchased the petrol. PPL was 20c more than any one else too!

Bought 75L of diesel and went to pay and use my 5cents off per litre for doing the survey only to be told by the lady we don’t take it here. Yet there was a sign in the shop says they did. She then said ok, but didn’t work it out correctly. Watch what they do at this servo.

Refuelled at Glen Innes after leaving Sydney. Paper towels located at pumps to wrap hand in while refuelling.Cautionary measure due to transmission of Covid from others.Sanitizer on hand in Servo, the lady behind counter polite and cheerful..

A great petrol station to stop in on our way as we are travelling. The price here was a little bit cheaper than other places we have seen. The staff here were super nice and very welcoming to us. No litter anywhere and the toilets were actually clean.
