Waited 2 hours to be seen for an appt booked online - paid for half hour consult, seen for 10 mins for travel vaccines, and then made to wait another 1 hour to get the vaccines - wouldn’t come here again based on the experience - don’t allow online bookings if doctors can’t keep to some type of schedule - waste of a Saturday afternoon. Understand waiting 20 mins, but not 3 hours.

I have noticed a much improved patient movement at the centre. The new booking system is working exceptionally well for me. Most appointments are on time the the two Dr’s I normally see are very professional. The increased staff at reception is also plus especially if you have trouble standing.My only negative comment is that the seats, chairs need to be cleaner.

Went here today, 5 star for the lovely lady staff at the reception ,another 5 star for Dr. Rahman.If you haven't booked an appointment and want to see Dr on the day, you will need to pay $80 and wait ~ or less than 30 minutes. That's fair :))

Very efficient check in, not a long wait time despite being a very popular busy practice. Doctor was great. My first time and very happy and will be returning as my regular pracitce.

Been there since 2010. It was okay back-then. But lately its getting worse. The doctor doesn't care with your condition. To be specific Doctor Olateju Jinadu, all that he cares just time which correspond to MONEY. By the time i walked into his room, he reminds me that the consultation time is strictly 15minutes. if I go beyond this, i will have to pay double for the fee. I asked him to help me fill the insurance claim form, and he is reluctant. He said i need to pay additional $150 for insurance filling fee. It wasn't the same with the other doctor that i went a week prior to the same clinic. Doctor OLATEJU consultation is all empty. He did not give a solution to my issue. He wasn't listening to my problem as he keeps on checking his computer to check the time. Such a terrible experience !!So, my suggestion, it is way better for you to go the the park medical group in Victoria Park. They will treat you better as a human

A fantastic clinic, receptionists are super helpful, they are so very kind! bulk billed for appointments and still offering walkins just with a private fee. The doctors and nurses are also super lovely!! Will definitely be returning.

Poorly managed appointment times. Both times recently visited, waited for my appointment 30 mins to over an hour. To be told the doctor has an appointment that will be long. That’s fine, I completely understand but then why would you have appointments allowed to be booked in time slots if the doctor can’t even take those appointments or call patients and let them know your appointment is pushed back an hour.Worst experience when the doctor whinges to a patient that having to fill in Medical forms for work. Commenting he wishes he could just be a doctor and do other things. We all have things in a job we might not like doing but I definitely wouldn’t make comments and whinge about it to a client.

Took my daughter out of school in our busy schedule to bring her to the dentist here only to be cancelled because apparently we didn't confirm the appointment we already booked. Dentist just doesn't want the extra work. Stay away from this business.

They book people in to fit more people meaning more money for them, and a huge lack of care for those waiting for more than an hour each and every single time! Honestly this place is beyond a joke. Every single time I would come you have to wait so long and each time I came I always had an appointment booked! But if you show up late to your appointment or cancel it they want money immediately. What makes them think people have so much spare time ? We see doctors finishing up with clients as the clients walk out and yet the doctors spend another 20mins in the room with no one? Maybe instead of trying to fit more people in you can extend every body’s appointment time so instead of giving everyone an appointment every 10-15 mins make it longer so people book accordingly and aren’t left waiting forever ! Ridiculous would give no stars at all

I booked an appointment for 1:40PM. I arrived on time. At 2:10PM I asked when I am expected to see the doctor and I was told there will be a wait for about an hour making my visit into the doctors office at 3:10PM. Unfortunatly I was unable to wait as I booked this appointment time to coincide with my lunch break. I am flexible, however, I can not accept an accomidation of 1 hour and thirty minutes, then having to include my appointment time. It would be better practise to only book the number of patients that can be seen in the allotted time frame.
