TRADES and CLIENTS BEWARE!!!!I'm a Steel Fabricator and site welder.I've been in Business for over 15 years in the trade.I have never met someone.. Tony from Graceline Builders Pty Ltd so dishonest and flat out refusal to pay his bills.The bill was for site welding. for $510.00 invoice was issued 15th of FEB 2022Still to this date the invoice has not been paid and Tony will not answer any phone calls nor reply to emails or text messages.It just goes to show when you bend over backward to leave a good impression on a new client especially when you have been recommended... you get irresponsible builder/s that shouldn't have a license, ripping trades and clients alike off.He might be good at what he does..... but make no mistake, he is terrible at running a business

The only reason I provided one star to Graceline Builders is because I couldn't do less.Graceline Builders are everything but builders....I found Tony Foat out his depth, unreliable, incompetent, fraudulent.I'm still waiting on my breakdown of paid invoices 3 years later...I had to get me lawyer involvedI definitely do not recommend using Graceline BuildersI have now formally complained to the Master Builders Association regarding Graceline Pty....cant say more at this stage, but will post updates.Still no response from Graceline Pty...The MBA are finding it difficult to get a response from Graceline Pty.They have posted out my complaint as he said he didn't receive the MBA email??The MBA have now sent him a registered letter, which he has received but has yet responded to....I'm now contemplating taking legal action with the MBA for not complying with their own process, allowing criminals like Graceline to hold an MBA license.Still nothing from the MBA, It looks like 2019 will be a legal year...
