I am an interstate truck driver and the only communication I have is email and unreliable phone service.D & J have exceeded all my expectations by signing up a very suitable couple to rent my premises in a quick time. They’ve helped liaise with Quantity Surveyors and are now managing my property. We had our rental property with D&J Property Co. since December 2020 (Hodges Cranbourne). Our agents were Charles and Narelle. It was an absolute breeze to work with this team. every transaction was smooth. we did not have an issue with them at all. we have just recently sold our property and they guided us every step of the way up until the settlement date. grateful to have worked with such knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team of professionals.

After lots of research into real-estates my husband and I signed with D&J property co. We are first time landlords so it’s all new to us as to what we need to do. The service and help the team have provided us from D&J property has been outstanding. What a wonderful team! Both Monique and Amrita are so easy to deal with, always return our calls or answer our emails, and could not be more helpful. The rental process was so simple and straightforward with them. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Absolutely terrible! They have just recently taken over as the estate agent for the property in which I lease.Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Made a request (as per the utility companies advise) to get the gas checked for a leak and something odd was going on regarding the gas and they said that the request will only be covered IF the plumber find a problem, if they find there is no fault though, all call out fees and costs will be on me!Not only that but within the first week they have rudely been demanding I go out of my way and get copies of the keys cut for them and I pay for it and if I give them the invoice they will take it off my next rent payment? They have also been demanding I send copies of the condition report. Never ones even asked nicely or if I was able to do any of these things…..now I’m sorry but I do not feel it is the tenant’s responsibility to do said things. The previous realestate would have all of this information as well as keys and things for you. It looks very unprofessional and the manner in which I have been told I HAVE to do these thing in is appalling!! I just wish I knew that actual owners and I would express my concerns deeply with this kind of rude and unprofessional manner in which they operate.Unfortunately D&J Property but it is not my problem that you are unable to do your job….however in future reference if you aren’t able to do what is required of you then maybe consider KINDLY approaching a tenant, explaining the situation and why it is you need something from then that is not actually their responsibility, and then politely ASK if they would be able to help you out….do not come at them guns blazing barking orders!

We are rental providers and Melissa and Narelle have made the process smooth. We were happy the first time around and we have come to them again .The speed at which they jump on issues and solve them is commendable. They are very professional and communication regarding everything they do is amazing; Always at hand to address queries and if they are not there, very quick to return the call. We recommend them highly.

Monique from the rental team is amazing to deal with, we have been tenants for the last 2 years through Hodges and it’s honestly the best experience we have had. She always goes above and beyond and communication is excellent. Couldn’t recommend Hodges cranbourne enough!
