Well what can I say. My experience with First National Copper Coast was exceptional. Not only was Megan there every step of the way, she was more then willing to answer any questions that I had. As a first home buyer she held my hand every step of the way. Couldn't ask for more. 5 stars.

The whole team at first national have been superb to deal with. Their advice guidance and support is second to none.The property management team have been outstanding and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Megan I can not say that your services were any where near professional. You did not supply a service worthy of your fees. The house in Port Wakefield in trusted in you to sell was advertised, photographed and put on the market before any discussed clean up was carried out (which was also a very substantial amount charged). You did not include the solar system, solar hot water or double garage in your listing ( which we believe detracted potential buyers from inquiring). This you said was going to be amended, but never was. People should not have to pay the exorbitant fees charged by so called professional people and not get the service promised. We would not recommend you to any one because of the very poor and unprofessional performance we received.Megan, DON'T LIE. The solar system and solar hot water were in good working order and the large garage was not showing in the plans. The photo advertising was prematurely placed before the clean up was carried out costing the estate $1900 which we negotiated to $1500 that didn't need to be done.Yes the house was not mine to sell because it was a deceased estate.Both yourself and the lawyers were aware that I was acting on behalf of my mother who was the Administrator of the estate.I also have since checked with the lawyers and they have denied your comment about not discussing the property with me.The sale of the property was sold for $15

First time home buyer and I was really anxious and completely clueless about the process. Megan and her team at First National Real Estate were really patient with my husband and I. They were knowledgeable and really listened to our needs/wants as a family. We are now sitting happily in our own home and we can't thank them enough. With the changing of the name and Management, First National were fantastic, 2 yrs in a rental and all requests were attended in full, the staff were pleasant, kind and inspections were a dream. I had a large dog whom at first may have been an issue but Debbie was professional in her approach. Administration staff were helpful and tended to tennants request. Repairs were dealt with abruptly, on time and completed by competent Trades personnel.I would highly recommend First National any time

What a fabulous experience!!!We recently bought our new home through Megan at First National Copper Coast. Megan was 15 out of 10!!! She really made the process so easy and kept us up to date with every step. It was a smooth transaction not only to purchase the property but also for them to continue managing the property as a rental until the end of the then current tenant lease.We highly recommend Megan and her fabulous team!
