Haven’t been paid in a month for a days worth of work. I call them pretty much every week it’s pretty much tradition now to call them every week and I get to “we will contact the warehouse you worked for we sent them an email haven’t heard from them etc” with all due respect that is not my problem to deal with them not responding to you guys it’s your responsibility to deal with them and make sure all your workers get paid on time I have been very patient with this agency and it’s been a month and still counting and I haven’t been paid yet. It turned out that I entered the timesheet incorrectly which is my fault but everytime I called them no one could figure out why they weren’t approving my hours which is mind blowing since that is pretty much their job? Hopefully no one else has to go through this back and forth experience it is very annoying

Good customer service with good communication. Delivered what they said they would in less than 2 weeks. Consultants Sabina and Jessica were very helpful to me on replying my emails and questions promptly.Thanks to the team.

Steph called to say I got the job and I could start Monday, but that she had to confirm with the client and she would call me back in literally 20 minutes". It's been over a week and she still hasn't contacted me. Every time I call the office Steph is in a "meeting" and it seems like everyone else has no idea what's going on either."

Very unprofessional! Was told that I had been hired and was to buy work clothes and start in two days only to never receive work address. I called and was told they needed to still do reference checks. I called in 3 days and was told they can't contact referees but my referees were not even called. I have not heard from them since.

Very funny agency people they tried making me leave my permanent position for one of there jobs pretty much forcing me , I told them yeah yeah l leave this one for you’s what ever ,made me waste my time registering under them just to get no job there a waste of time and effort, there fast to call you to do all this stuff all for nothing made me buy work gear and work boots, Not recommended at all
