MarShere Dance Studios - Boronia

We had our wedding dance lessons through MarShere Boronia. Courtney was amazing! She tailored our dance just for us making sure it was unique, special and easy enough for us to do without looking simple. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable, always wanting ur input and helping us perfect each step, creating a beautiful dance and a wonderful memory of our first dance as husband and wife. We still practice it so we never forget! Can not recommend MarShere Boronia enough! we live close by but if you don't, it is worth the travel to have a lovely experience and make the special moments of the day perfect.

We had a great experience learning our first dance for our wedding in April.Liam was our instructor. Really great to work with, he made our lessons fun for the 5 lessons we had to learn our waltz.We nailed what he taught us on our big day, and everyone loved our dance.Would highly recommend MarShere.

10/10 would recommend for dance lessons! My fiancé and I booked in for lessons for our first dance for our wedding and we loved it. We both had no idea how to dance but after 5 lessons we felt so confident. Courtney was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful. She was also a whole lot of fun and gave us lots of laughs. Dance lessons was one of our favourite parts of preparing for our wedding.

Courtney from MarShere Dance Studios in Boronia prepared my husband and I for the best First Dance we could have ever hoped for. In just four lessons, with the help of Liam, we learnt an entire routine with all the 'good stuff' included - rhumba, waltz, dip and a lift to boot. Courtney was a wonderful teacher, kind, patient, and most importantly, made it FUN. The best of all, Courtney and Liam choreographed our dance so that it wasn't only comfortable but also so that our photographer could capture some really beautiful moments, which will last us a lifetime. The experience and the impact the dance had on our wedding day - you can't put a price on that. If you're set to get married soon and you're undecided about whether or not to get dance lessons - do it and do it with Courtney! One of the best decisions we made with our wedding. The fabulous Courtney from Boronia Mar Shere taught us the Rhumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Merengui and Swing for our son’s wedding. All of this in 3 lessons. She really is a great teacher.

My husband and I went for a lesson in preparation for our wedding for our first dance. We booked in the week of our wedding as we had our original dance instructor pulled out. Courtney got us into the studio and was so good at teaching us and guiding us through our dance. She and Liam managed to construct a dance in a very short amount of time and made it and us look really good! They also made us feel super comfortable and made the dance look really sweet without being too corny! Our guests were super impressed with our dance, watching back our family still cry watching the dance!!Would highly recommend going to them for a casual lesson or to learn a choreographed dance for your wedding! Such a lovely and relaxed atmosphere with lots of fun! Thank you!!!

Courtney was amazing! In preparation for our wedding, we booked 2 lessons with her so we could perform an elegant first dance in front of our guests. I am extremely uncoordinated and my husband had never had a dance lesson before so I didn’t have high expectations.I was wrong! Courtney whipped us into shape with a beautiful, elegant, easy routine in just 2 lessons. She was so great to work with and taught us in a way we could relate and understand.Our guests were so impressed with our dance there were many tears on the big day afterward. I can’t thank Courtney enough ❤️

My hubby and I booked a few lessons through Marshere, Boronia in the lead up to our wedding. We both are clumsy as all hell and have two left feet, so I was worried we would be absolutely ‘unteachable’. Courtney was so good to us through the process. She was so flexible and scheduled a few lessons around my woeful shift work roster, leaving enough time for a sufficient number of lessons so that we felt comfortable on the dance floor for the big day. Courtney was super patient with us and taught us a routine that didn’t look or feel stiff and ultra choreographed.We entirely stuffed up our dance on the big day, due to nerves, but we were armed with some moves that got us through our song and made us look like we somewhat knew what we were doing. The lessons were really well prepared and were sweet date nights in the lead up to the wedding. I cannot recommend Marshere, Boronia and Courtney more. Thank you so much for your help, Courtney!
