I have the best hair I've ever had since I came to Jess and her team after another hairdresser cut all my hair off and told me he wouldn't colour my hair until I had had three more haircuts! My hair is in great condition and it's grown back, the colour is fantastic and the service is always amazing!

I have been going to studio gloss since it opened and not only have they kept my hair beautiful they have taken my hair from brunette to blonde...TWICE with pretty much no damage. Amazing salon and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I have been coming to Jess for over 3 years now for colour and extensions. I was worried getting extensions at first as my hair is thin but now I wouldn't have it any other way. I started off with a half head and now I have a full head of extensions - my natural hair is longer and healthy underneath. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my colour or my extensions. The salon cafe is also amazing, I always leave happy as I'm full with yummy healthy food and my hair looks on point!

If I could give this salon a 0, I would.This salon still haunts me! The memories are terrifying.Not only did I walk out of this salon looking like a zebra - due to awful toning. The hairdresser and manager of the salon was trying to brainwash me into thinking they had done a good job.I shouldn't have paid for what I got. I just wanted out. I had been in the salon for far too long!They curled my hair, to cover the streaks I had. I literally had a purple line across the side of my head.I had to set my own timer on my phone lol. You could tell they were a little stressed. My hairdresser hadn't eaten.... She had told me. So I felt for them at the same time. But now comparing what they charge for their work. I wish I didn't pay. Overcharged for poor quality. Nice enough girls but just bad bad BAD!Another reason why I shouldn't have gone in there was because my friend has visited a week earlier. She wanted pink hair... She left with orange/red. They told her she would need to wash it and it will fade to the colour she wanted.... It never did. She was fuming. We laugh about it now.This was all over a year ago now. I really do hope they had gotten better.

You are always trusting the people who are cutting your hair know what to do and are also really good at their job, at Studio Gloss I can completely do this! They are amazing at their job and you walk out feeling like a celebrity!! That's how you should feel walking out of a hair salon! The little café that offers food is super cute and lots of great clean eating choices that tastes amazing!! Xx

My hair has gone from black to blonde(Yellow/Orange) over 2 appointments, Im very unimpressed that i was stung with a $2110 bill at my 2nd appointment($600 for my first appointment), it would have been more professional to give a quote first or at least some warning. Not everyone is willing to spend that much in 1 appointment, especially when my hair isn't very long and the colour is uneven/patchy and my ends haven't been cut straight. Had to pay another hairdresser to fix the damage, they didn't believe me a professional did my hair, they actually thought i did it myself at home

Absolutely amazing!! Jess and her team make you feel so comfortable and welcome into the beautiful salon!! Would never trust anyone else with my hair!

Have been going to studio gloss for a while now, amazing service & great prices, my hairs never been in better condition or looked so good. Have been to many other places and left feeling dissapointed with my hair not how I've wanted it (and killed my wallet in the mean time ) so now I don't trust people, finding Jess was a god send as these days it's really hard to find someone who knows what they're doing and do it so well. Have never left dissapointed in any area (hair, cost or client service from the team!) I used to be nervous going to the hairdressers but Jess & her team just get hair no matter what you want or need!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

For years I've decided to not dye my hair and believed I could not go lighter for that dreamy blonde ( natural very dark hair). After searching for years literally and after a few failed attempts, moving to Melbourne and finding Jess at Studio Gloss and the transformation she was able to do for my hair, I am so happy with it, it was affordable, she was dedicated, professional and the most comforting hairdresser I have come across. Thank you so much, I will not be changing hair dresser, I'm so in love with my hair.
