Chemist Warehouse Glenquarie

On the 21st of November i missed work due to having hay fever, I thought getting a sick sheet fromGlenquarie Chemist warehouse would be an easy walk-in for only $20 to get it written up by a pharmacist, turns out i was wrong. I understand she was just doing her job by asking questions, i didn’t like having to repeat myself for the second time as i already explained my symptoms and the reason why i needed a sick sheet, but her customer service was just awful, i felt like she was too loud, as well she thought she could behave in a way where she was far more superior then me, i didn’t like her tone so i proceeded to question her as to where we had a back and fourth confrontation. Im someone who cant go out alone because i was born with a medical condition ( impaired vision ) i cant see very well in both eyes In saying that I’ve never felt so humiliated.Before all this happened i was served by who i think to be a young Australian lady who had the upmost courtesy of greeting and serving me.Never in my whole life of living here in Australia did i expect to receive this sort of customer service. I’m assuming her ethnic background to be( indian )I had only wished to have been served by someone with more professionalism, which is the type manner I always received from true Australians.

Worst shop in terms of help from Pharmacy staff at the prescription counter and over the phone. They do not inform about medication refill or script running out although they promise to do so.They are always too busy to attend to you and when they do they treat you like an invalid idiot and show off their ‘power’ over medication dispensing and control of scripts…took my script back will look elsewhere.If you are going away and need extra medication dispensing we need to show a airline ticket…for goodness sake what if you are driving interstate…far out…you ’God of small things’.

Inattentive staff and slow service. Conveniently located in a mall with a variety of stores and services but don’t count on dropping off your scripts and doing your shopping at the same time, you’ll spend more time waiting for the staff to notice you standing in line. Staff at the Prescription counter to the Register seem clueless and careless.Visited again a few days later and was served really quickly and had all my questions answered but the lovely lady who served me seemed like an anomaly amongst them all.

Harassed and accused my son of stealing.I'm not going into it on here but have logged a written complaint.

Be careful of you click n collect at this store. They give you shortest expiry items. Also check to make sure all items are sealed as they will not exchange if you walk out of the store and something is broken or leaking. They will say it isn't their problem.Update: few months later - Thought I would give them another chance. Told me on the phone they had an item in stock, took my name and put it aside for me. Made me travel nearly 1 hour to the store then told me they had no stock when I arrived. I walked out with the word sorry" -_-Conclusion: Definitely not ever going back. Not trustworthy."

Friendly customer service, a bit busy specially when you are picking up prescriptions medicines.

I will never enter this stall again. Went this morning, no staff, asked someone but she had no idea what I was talking about so ignored me, no customer service and rude. This is why they say they have cheap prices. The old saying goes- you get what you pay for!

Great store with competitive prices but unfortunately the pharmacy is a long wait, sometimes upto 45mints. Need to have more staff on or a faster way to provide the service.
