Great place .caring staff on-site parking. Spent world disability day here with friends.

I worked for them in a support role, very good experience, unfortunately their rescue attempt was unsustainable but on the whole, a good service, well run.

We use the Bedford group as part of our furniture range , and they are great suppliers while helping the disabled.

Washing machine stand lasted 2 days before the cam locks all snapped and unit collapsed. Brand new washing machine smashed on the floor and now needs replacing. Very poor quality parts. Was perfectly level on the floor too so am not very happy. Bedford furniture however have been fantastic and very proactive in assisting me rectify the damage. A lot of companies could learn a lot from them.

Bedford are nice people who gives support to us. They teach us working skills. In areas that interest us. Mine is cooking I like working in Balyana kitchen and Bedford cafe before that. My brother has learnt gardening maintenance at Adelaide property and gardens. Other areas includes packaging, manufacturing and furniture.

The product (450 X 600 wall cabinet) was OK. However, the assembly instructions were hopeless. There was a leaflet enclosed with some diagrams that explained nothing and advice to follow the instructions carefully which were available on the website (bedford/products/intructions). Firstly, I had great difficulty finding the actual item I had purchased. Secondly, the instructions were not entirely satisfactory, but I could work out the missing/incorrect bits. Thirdly, It's difficult to follow these type of instructions and diagrams off a mobile phone screen when your working on site - very difficult.Why on earth Bedford wouldn't simply print and put an instruction page in the box with the shelves , I don't know. It would have solved most of my issues.But It was good to by an 100% Aussies made product, but Bedford should have a good look the made in China Kaboodle products as an example of good simple well written instructions and all backed up by Kaboodle Youtube on line - all very easy to follow.Regards,John WasleyJohn Wasley

More should be offered for the clients out of hours.It's a pain having to rely on another company to provide the services.I have recently dropped the social Saturdays and Thursday cooking fortnights to take part in Dance Down in addition to Club Strike,as for the disability disco things I charge that to my card monthly and can get there myself no problems.If I was to recommence my Social Groups we should have this condition(I am most likely if the budget allows to start up at Elizabeth)depending on where we go for instance if it's a movie and shopping day there or at Tea Tree Plaza meet up at say the Conciege desks about half an hour or an hour before we leave to go back to base,no more of herding us around like primary school kids(That's one of many reasons for me dropping out).

We experienced a minor assembly problem with the HMR washing machine base. I contacted Bedford Furniture for a fix which was quickly and positively addressed. My wife and I having both been in sales & marketing management in the appliance and building industry and must give Bedford the highest rating for any company we have dealt with on customer service.
