I was surprised when it completed one year that I had purchased a notebook from them (first of had a great service and deal from Thomas the previous staff which is not there anymore)Don't count on after sales service.Don't count on them looking after you.All they are looking for is making more money of you. They will change the price that was agreed on. (and leave you hanging as you are welcome to pick up your notebook and take it somewhere else)Don't even try to reason with them as they will repeat the same thing over and over like a machine.

After days of struggling with my new laptop to overcome a problem, I turned to Pier Computers in Brookvale. I wanted a gaming computer and wasn't too sure what to get in terms of hardware as when I researched online it all seemed really expensive.I chatted with one of the technicians there, David, who was able to work with my budget and find the proper hardware match which met my gaming requirements and stayed within budget.He built it fairly quickly and have been using it for ~ 1 year now and have had no issues.He was very friendly and eager to explain the hardware he selected so I understood it all better!

Polite staff and good service. However they do not provide updates for your repair, my repair took a number of weeks and almost all of the communication was state by me. Apart from this it is very good.
