MYLO Property Solutions as a company and the team at MYLO is what perfection looks like when it comes to service, prompt responses, actioning of requests, attention to detail, implementation of recommendations, attending to appointments and much much more. As Head of PM of a large rent roll I have never had a complaint from a tenant or Landlord about MYLO's service/attendance/manners. I am leasing out my place the first time and was looking for a company to carry out the safety checks. I was reluctant to use the bigger companies as my parents didn’t have great experience with them. MYLO was recommended to me by a lady from the dog park and it provided great customer services with a reasonable price tag. The technicians were on time and easy to talk to, I received the certifications within a week. Highly recommended.

Received a gas certificate saying the oven is missing safety features (anti tipping device) and is NOT compliant. Called the plumber who installed the oven only two years ago and got him to come out to rectify. Plummer said anti tipping device is installed and questioned if the inspector actually knew what they are doing or looking for.I feel that Mylo is betting that landlords wont question items on their reports and charge for unnecessary work. Either unprofessional or outright dodgy. 1 star. Don't recommend.

The person who runs this business is not a very nice person at all & is abusive, l was in contact with him, when he parked his Company’s Service Vehicle ( licence no. ITM8DG) in my car park at at block of apartments. The parking here is very tight & is very difficult to manoeuvre between pillows of concrete. As l was only staying for 6 minutes & couldn’t easily back out to another spot, l asked him to just wait. He made out he parked there by mistake, but l would suggest he parks wherever him feels like it, with his Smoke Detector Checking Service. He wanted to go on about the discussion saying, & l quote “it’s only for 3 seconds”, he then started to “GET VERY AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE”. When l took down his vehicle Company Name etc, he was very SMUG about, saying it’s no use, it’s his business.“MY SUGGESTION IS NEVER USE THIS COMPANY SERVICES EVER” !!!.

Space heater gas connection disconnected 8 years ago. Mylo Gas technician removed space heater from brick fireplace to make sure gas was disconnected. Technician left and 2 minutes later space heater dislodged itself from original position. Technician was called back and pushed space heater back in. Technician left and 10 minutes later space heater dislodged again. Tenant called me and explained the problem. I emailed/called Mylo on 12th, 13th,14th Dec of the problem. Just emailed Mylo again now to come and put space heater back in correctly.Today 10am 19/12/22 Mylo contractor, Nino, attended my property and placed space heater back to its original position.Nino said space heater is now firmly in place and will not dislodge. Thankyou Nino. Job well done.
