probably should have checked google reviews first.Ordered Thursday, apparently only processed this morning (Tuesday).Website indicates 1-4 business days form metro Melbourne delivery, should indicate 1-4 business days just to process your order.Was then told a week delivery (Aus post is behind at the moment was the excuse). When I challenged that comment as I've had various things delivered almost overnight via normal post, 2 days tops, the lady on the phone got defensive saying she didn't mention covid...... Perhaps listen next time.Looking forward to product to arrive, won't recommend anyone deal with these guys though, trust the majors and go instore.

Taken almost 12 months to sort out an irobot issue after it damaged our walls and they will not refund our money or give us a store credit after 12 months of back and forth .Disgraceful way to treat long term loyal customers

What a bad customer service...... My Roomba is only 6 months old having trouble picking up the debris sometimes and the company says I have to post it to Melbourne for 2 weeks plus postage time both ways 2 weeks, comes to total of 4 weeks. I use Roomba everyday to keep my house clean and the company doesn’t care about my inconvenience for 4 weeks i will have and still want me to post it to Melbourne.Never saw these type of pathetic people who doesn’t care about their customers and want to spend us thousands of dollars to buy Roomba.Stay away from these people or cop it.

Appalling service. had to call 3 times over 3 days, first 2 times the call was disconnected after being on hold for 20 minutes. 3rd time I got through, they said service centre was closed due to COVID. Fair enough, but the attitude was dont care, we dont want to help, and will charge $129 just to look at it!

I send the Braava Robot Mop to fix some issue, wait for very long time. Finally, the water container is missing when return, I can't use it any more ever wait for very long time.

Bad customer service, have not even spoken to anyone as they have never answered the phone. Sent an email but no response. Seriously, for a company this big i would expect better. I have had 2 mops and 2 vacs but will consider another brand next time around.

Feels like a SCAM! Stay away!Ordered a month ago - they keep on lying on a phone that the delivery company tried to deliver and left me a notification. I wish I could read Google reviews before ordering... :-(

Roomba spare parts are so overpriced from the Australian Authorised Dealer- IXL HOME. I fell for the trap initially but have since ordered genuine parts via other online Australian suppliers for a fraction of what IXL Home charge!! Talk about Price-Goughing.
