Karen Nicoll
I've been attending Karen's classes for a few years now. She has an eclectic approach and stretches every muscle group each session. There is a good mix of younger and older, men and women and she is very good at encouraging each person to keep various ailments in check and not to over extendones body. Her knowledge of the body is excellent.The room is heated in winter and cooled in summer, making for a pleasant environment.
