Jennifer was great to deal with for our new bed. She didn't just sell us the bed we looked at, she offered other options and advice. Beds aren't something you change often, but I would go back again.I ordered my bed with 5 inch glides but Sealy only packaged 4 inch glides. Snooze were happy to rectify the problem and only a week or so later they got the right size and came out to install them. Great job Snooze, but Sealy need to read their orders better.

We were assisted in store by Carolyn who was very friendly, caring and most knowledgeable. Firstly we used the Bed Matching System and then Carolyn explained the results. We went on to try many different bedding options which Carolyn talked us through capably and this definitely assisted us in finding the right bed. We were very happy with the deal we were able to finalise as well. The delivery was made on time and the delivery guys were most helpful and very courteous. Overall our shopping experience was great and we found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you.

Had a horrible experience with this store.I have bought the Winton King size bedframe x 2 last year Jan21 with each $1150.00, delivery + installation total $180.00. I Like this Winton bedframe and recommended to my partner to get the same one.My Partner went to Snooze MacGregor last Thursday 9/6/2022, was told 1499.00 + 550.00 (modification) = $2049.00 for the bed frame as bed head to big to deliver to second floor which need some modifications, also quoted $220.00 for delivery + installation ( Also was advised if we dont pay $550.00 modification, deliver guy couldnt deliver to second level, will leave the furniture on the ground level).Last Friday 17/06/2022 , we both went to Snooze Mt Gravatt and asked for better price as last year I have paid $1150 for the exactly same bedframe and $180.00 for installation and delivery. I have also advised them if they can give me good price, I will pay the deposit straight away. The lady in store told me that modification is $300.00 instead of $550.00 ( random quotation? they just charge for whatever price they want?).The gent in store ( think his name is Adam) told me that there is no way to get more discount as labour rate increased, I asked him, if labour rate increased then how come the price for the bedframe still $1499 same as last year? The gent told me because they bear the cost themselves, which doesn’t make any sense.Anyway, I have asked them to provide me with an updated quotation even though they just telling me random prices.Tuesday 14/06/2022, I have called the store asking for updated quotation. After 5 mins, received the quotation for $18xx.xx. I have called the store again, the store owner answered the phone and asked me to buy the bedframe from some where else as I have been aggressive and upset him so much. And I didn’t not tell them that I have already got the quotation but ask them how much it will cost me. I mean, excuse me? Doesn’t matter if I have quotation or not, its ridiculous to quote random prices. First $550 then $300??? I am sorry, but I have hanged up straight away... I dont need to be abused in this way.I have then asked other Snooze store to give me quotation on the bedframes, it has been nice and easy. And the other store told me no need to do modifications as the bedhead CAN BE delivered to second floor.WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

Damien, Adam and the team have been absolutely amazing to deal with. After having some troubles with about business, I came to Snooze MacGregor where Damien and Adam did a fantastic job in giving me great customer service, open communication throughout buying/ordering and did what they could to get me my bedroom package as soon as possible! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!!

It's the first time I would give one star to a store.We came to Snooze MacGregor last week . A lady helped us and she was patient, she provided a verbal quote for a mattress and bedframe of $27xx.We came back to the store a week later, as we have decided to buy the items. We got the same lady helped us but she gave a different quote, $3,1xx. We would like to figure out the difference but the store manager/supervisor, the old guy with glasses was super RUDE. Anyone who need Snooze products, please avoid this store as they quoted randomly and have a ridiculously incompetent 'manager'.

Snooze Macgregor is a store which epitomises what great customer service looks like, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. Staff members who have the expertise and knowledge to give you a great bed to ensure a great nights sleep. Great team who will always go that extra mile to ensure the best quality service and products. Would highly recommend :)
