went to go into get my hair looked at for a particular hairstyle and the customer service was disgusting and rude, ended up walking out this particular worker clearly did not want any part in doing any of it.would not recommend Doris.went to another hair dressing salon and said there would be no problem perming with the length or colour i have.also they were alot more friendlier and inviting.

This has to have been one of my most pleasant hairdresser experiences to date. Ignore the 1 star dude below me; Bronwyn's customer service was efficient, polite and accommodating with my inconvenient booking. And Doris was an absolute delight to chat with whilst she did my hair. Plus, with 40 years experience, she made sure I left with a quality cut. Top job guys!

Wasnt happy at all!! Not at all what I wanted. I also came away with purple & silver hair from too much toning! Took over a week to go away. After all that, it cost me $245!!!!!! I have never paid this much for my hair in my life! Especially for the end result I got. Emailed for a refund on some of the money & a month later I never heard from them.

This is the best hairdresser experience I have ever had! The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Especially Kate, she is super easy to talk to and is extremely experienced! They also offer delicious home made slices, tea, coffee and even bubbly or beer! I can see myself being a regular customer for sure!

The lady was really nice and delightful, however I had no confidence and could not relax for the entire process as the lady looked confuse how to do it. The balayage did not flow, end result looked like regrowth from the roots. Paid $230 and was really upset of the end result and wanted to get out of there, even with a picture reference.First and last time will be visiting.

As an ex hairdresser, I often find it hard to find someone to do my hair just the way I would do it. I knew that I would be pleased with my hair right from the get-go, as reflected from my quick chat with Bronwyn over the phone.I was able to get an appointment within a few days with Doris. Doris has years of experience and she understood how I wanted my hair cut and the end result was perfect. I’m very happy with my hair cut, I can manage it myself with a little product and hairspray and will definitely be making a follow-up appointment.Thank you Doris!
