Had one appointment with Matchworks before Christmas last year. I believed everything was ok. Until I kept getting messages from Centrelink saying I needed to be registered with a job provider or my benefits would be stopped. After calling Matchworks again, they said it had been sorted out, and I was actually a Matchworks client. I have been receiving the same messages from Centrelink again. Telling me I need to be registered with a job provider. De ja vu. If Matchworks doesn't want me as a client they should say so. Disappointing.

These guys understand diversity and the staff are very knowledgeable and approachable. They understand the challenges involved with securing employment and are willing to work through any issue with their clients.
