Dealt with the rudest staff member. Was showing me attitude for no reason would not listen to what I was saying kept thinking she was better than me. The worst part was she was the store manager Doana, I don’t know how she got her job or if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but she had the worst customer service. How do you hire these people and put them as managers? She attacked me and I asked her multiple to lower her voice and don’t show me attitude & she would smirk & continue to do it. I use to recommend this place but not anymore and will be telling all my family about this horrible experience

Compliments and appreciation to team members ‘Sarah’ and ‘Mel’ who demonstrated exceptional customer service to me in locating a special item (discounted Mistral air fryer) that was not on the store shelf. The staff personally escorted me to other store areas in search of this appliance, as well as checking out the back, all with such friendly and enthusiastic service. I was so happy when they managed to find a couple of the items still left out back. Thank you Sarah and Mel for your time and immediate attention; you’re such great representatives of Woolworths Emerald Hills!

Customer service is amazing! Even though they were flat out and super busy, the staff still managed to slowly and calmly help me out, they were absolutely fantastic! - patient, kind and helpful. I am so happy there are still kind, considerate and helpful people during these busy holidays!

No worries Woollies, I'll just take my trolley load through the self serve since there were no checkouts operating.I'll keep mashing the brought my own bags" button and the "removed my bags" button as I load an amount of shopping for which the self serve is clearly not designed.I'll watch the staff member who was pulled off the checkout pack a shelf nearby while I'm told that I'd have to wait for someone to come off break before a checkout opens.I'll consider that it's fine to have the option to self serve for people with small volumes

I was helped by a man the other day, I didn’t grab his name but his tag said “Natalie”. He was so efficient and his customer service skills were incredible. My friend and I needed help finding a specific item and he was so happy to help us locate it. Thank you so much “Natalie” your service was unmatched.

Always clean and mostly stocked up with what I need. Staff are usually friendly just sometimes are in the way a bit when I'm shopping but not a big issue.

Shopping experience is always good at woolworths the staff are so super friendly and the isles are always cleanThe toilet paper seems to go missing each time there is a pandemicI managed to find some paper towels which would be a bit rough for the bottom but they will do the job

The stores great but i wished they properly baked their cookies? Every time I've bought from them they are mushy and horrible and are not baked! Ive had the same cookies from other stores and they're fine, this store just doesn’t bake theirs right. They shouldn't be soft and wet with whole choc chips visible and not to mention its a food safety issue.

Had a lovely interaction with this staff member jorja. She was soo soo nice and was more happy to show me where things were when I ask her where things are. Cookies suck though at this woolies.
