Hose reel is very sturdily made. It really puts the other brands shelf stock items of major hardware suppliers to shame.All mounting requirements included including a masonry bit and decent masonry anchors.48mth warranty on the custom unit gives peace of mind considering the cost of the unit.I'm anticipating many years of reliable use.

Amazing Australian company. Great communication. The quality is great and I can see this hose reel lasting a long time in our garden. The retraction is smooth and the head is nice and solid. Especially love the brass fittings and that you can get a custom colour reel to suit your home. 10/10 would recommend

I was even able to choose a coloured reel to match my colourblind roof colour, which I hadn’t seen offered with any other hose reel brand. Thanks Delrico! These are top quality products. Had two for five years and they are as good as new. Buying another longer one for the front. First time Delrico hose reel owner. At this stage I couldn't be happier. Love the fact that I could choose my own reel colour and shade (mind-boggling range of colours available). Hose was delivered quickly; extremely well packaged. Hose includes quality brass fittings, retracts beautifully and my bright blue Delrico is a fabulous feature of my garden.

Bought the Delrico Brass fittings and couldn't be happier. They were replacement to Aussie design plastic fittings that were too bulky, heavy and constantly leaking.The Delrico Brass fittings are a very high quality product that secures tightly to the hose resulting in zero leaks.
