Amazing support. We are new to importing and had many questions and a few troubles from the manufacturer overseas supplying correct paperwork. Ramona, took on the role, explained the processes, and got in contact with the manufacturers directly to speed things up. I thought we would be up for storage fees because of the delays, but Ramona had the whole thing done and delivered to us without a hassle.
