Hands down the best guitar shop in Sydney. For the bad review i read below because the store is dusty???Did you wear white gloves and finger the place geez looked clean to meIts been the same owner for as long as i can remember. (for a reason) I just moved back to the shire and was great to see Adam again and get the great service he provides.He does not push you to buy guitars out of youre $ range like SOME SHOPS.I have vintage guitars that i get him to maintain service as i trust him with them and he appreciates them and does a great job i might addFor the beginner to the experienced you will be looked after in this shopKids who are starting up this is the shop to go to the owner has passion for his trade and throws in extras for free as he wants people to play music.He actually will pick guitars out and will let you play them not like most shops who have signs sayingPLEASE DO NOT TOUCH GUITARSDONT BUY ONLINE BUY FROM PROFESSIONALS AT THIS LITTLE GUITAR SHOP THAT I LOVE

Everything was simple and very clear, especially explaining the process of re-sattling the guitar. Only problem is they said it would be ready on monday or tuesday, but only got around to fixing it thursday at 4:40pm (they were probably busy during this period of time).

In true Dimebag style the headstock got snapped and needed life saving surgery. Brought it here and returned in 2 days in perfect condition for a really bad break. Great store and service. Highly recommend to all

Very friendly and zero pressure. Tough job competing against big places with name brands but a good selection with that in mind. Set up my acoustic really well saving me time and effort for a reasonable price (I could have done it). My solid body electric strat though I was disappointed to collect and find the trem rammed down. Sure some like that but I am one of the many who do not and was amazed anyone thought that was just OK to do. He should have asked. Less trouble to do light (when lazy/busy) strat setups myself - sorry. Had a few lessons there many moons ago and competent enough experience. Feeling he knows his stuff and I know he can play, just maybe don't assume.

Tiny store. Slighty old and dusty. Expectant air. Tried to get the metal strip and gears attached to my guitar pegs replaced. The owner said it couldn't be done and I'd have to buy a whole new guitar neck. I told him this was ridiculous (you can buy the gears on ebay!) and not true.I went to Miranda and they ordered in the part and installed it for next to nothing. Much friendlier there too.

Great range of guitars at competitive prices. The owner really knows about guitars. He gave me a lot of helpful advice. I think he is the person to see if you are looking for a first guitar or for that special guitar that you are looking for.

Rudest service ever. Tried to return a brand new pedal once to exchange for something better suited. While on the phone, over heard the female staff member talking about me in the rudest way. Have never been back since.
