Very disappointing.Packed the incorrect order. Went back to receive correct products and missing ones to be informed they do not have any. Asked for a refund to which the worker just blankly stared at me unsure on what I was saying.. didn’t receive the refund.Waited 15+ even after it stated my order was ready.

I've lived in Sarina since 2012, ordered many upon many pizzas. It's extremely hit or miss. For a while there a few years ago they were doing great, however have since gone down hill in the last year and a half.Missing sauces, missing extra toppings that are paid for. I ordered one of the newer cheese burger pizzas a little while ago, to which got delivered and only had cheese & mince bits. No sauce, no bacon no nothing.

We ordered Domino's via the app, and our order was wrong. Ordered wings, chicken bites and tenders. Got 15 tenders with no sauces. Ordered brownies, they came burnt and no chocolate sauce as advertised. Ordered three pizzas and none of them were cut, and one was burnt. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with the service/product we received from this so-called pizza place". Absolutely disgusted with Dominos Sarina. 0/10."

Placed order online only to turn up and order was wrong. They also had to make the sides which hasn't even been cooked! Plus no landing of gluten free pizza, this is a big issue for a celiac. We had to return 10 minutes later to collect the order once it had been cooked. When we collected it the food was warm and do had to heat up at home. Never again.

Inconsistent. Ordered the beef and onion for $5.00, + had to swap for the GF sourdough then paid for extras such as spring onion. The first time through the pizza was well made but still could have had more toppings to reflect money spent. This was Tuesday 30th April. On the way back south on the 2nd the same was ordered minus cheese and with additional toppings. I would hate to see what the beef and onion without my extras might have looked. There was absolutely nothing to the pizza for $14. Won't be taking that risk again.
