Tried getting a refund for a cream I bought that had an allergic reaction to. The manager lied to me and said it had to be returned in it's original packaging, which is NOT what the ACCC guidelines say. I had to spend 20 minutes arguing before I was referred to someone higher up who eventually gave me a refund.What an absolute joke that such a big company would make such a big hassle about a $50 cream. Embarassing!

Maggie from lingerie department was absolutely fantastic. She did a brilliant job making sure I had the right garment for my mother-of-the-bride dress. She spent one hour with me. Thank you Maggie :)

I visited the Narre warren store to return a perfume and Ms Donna in perfumes section was super helpful. she made my myer store experience great. she can be a role model for other staff members as well. Cheers!

Horrendous customer experience with James Chung who is a store manager. If you want customer satisfaction and a great experience please consider any other MYER store. Rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Please raise complaints to the customer experience team to ensure that they do not treat you the way they they treated us. The best contact number is 136937 and state “complaint” for which you will be transferred to the right team to assist you.

Such a nicely set our store, with lots available, however there are major staff shortages as my queue in shoes is just not moving.Why don't workers from other sections see this and jump in to help each other?Really let's the teamwork down.

Staff at Click and Collect didn't seem to care that there were many customers waiting. No one else was called. One staff spent 20 minutes showing a customer how to use a kitchen mixer, when the instructions were inside, and she went step by step through them with the customer. No one else was called to take over, so she could serve the many customers waiting.
