Super helpful and friendly staff, I'm overjoyed this great nation has such a fantastic resource for consumers. This building is standing proof that our taxes are allocated to worthy causes. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Pointless organisation(s) a toothless kitten. There is no justice when occupations such as the ombudsman don't follow up on reportings of crimes or misconduct. I find this inaction a form of negligence to such an extent that of which potentially apart of the problem. Effectively amediatly making organisations as the ombudsmen redundant due to the incapability to justify their occupational existence. Well dont just sit there. Oh I called you guys that should indercate that phone call is preferred method of contact. Such a shame that no star is not an option. Enjoy a pointless existence or make positive honest change. Thank you very much for um..... Oh

Needed them to investigate a defence issue as instructed by defence, turns out they can't investigate what a useless bunch of people been chasing this for 3 years and nothing.

toothless tiger an absolute waste of taxpayers funds. No or have never provided a positive out come. Just a figure head used to manipulate the Australian we do not live under a dictatorship.

Refused an in scope complaint 3 times. provided referrals to inappropriate alternatives that all re directed to this mob.4th time was told they could accept the complaint, was lodged and they didn't respond to complaint within time frame outlined. They then requested a 5th submission of the same issue, which was done but I had had to chase up and in the end was told complaint too old to be addressed despite being able to show time lapse due to confusion of 'new staff'.Shame our public service is underfunded and knowledgeable staff are forced to move on.

Federal Police are public servants to serve us by protecting us however this is not the case? The Police are using there power by bullying & stirring up fire and extremely excessively being aggressive by punching and even very brutally hurting people for no reason and they are being paid from our taxes.They are not complying by there conditions and many of them are even on ice *** what A SHAME!Where is the rules going!

Waste of time I would rate negative graham's number but I can rate this 1 star which is more than what they deserve. These are only 1 star but what's the point of having a commonwealth ombudsman when you don't have the power to tackle an issue for nothing more than waste of tax payer money just trying to justify their own position to give you a false that they are making a difference when they are not making any impact. All words and no action that's what this body is full of yes men in those high cushy jobs.

Opening hours are wrong and you can easily edit them. But my taxes should be contributing to them doing their job. They dont open until 10:30 but it says open now. Its 10am and the phone service says not open til 10:30
