The unprofessionalism and incompetence was astonishing. We were told that the owner had accepted our offer and to drive down from Queensland to sign papers, only to find that nothing was sorted despite many attempts to call on the way down. Our text messages were ignored and phone call never returned. Numerous attempts were made to have contacts sent to our solicitor to no avail. Steer clear of LJHooker Belmont and save yourself the heartache.
