Bad customer service ever. An middle age man with pony puffer was so rude. He has a terrible skill and the way talking to customers is so uneducated(vô giáo dục). He definitely need more training .

I’ve known Lam’s for years!!! Always satisfied with the very homely treatment I’m getting!!! Pretty much everyone does an amazing job but Tia is my favorite- she’s is so good and love having smart conversations with her! Lyn is amazing- don’t believe these negative reviews!!!

Honestly what is the point of taking phone bookings if you don't follow through with it? I tried making a booking with Lyn via text for a haircut. When I showed up for my appointment, all the workers seemed genuinely confused and had no knowledge of any booking system. They referred me to Lyn who then told me that it was going to be a long wait (1-2 hours) even though I already made a booking! What's the point of taking bookings when it's pointless?! Walk-in customers still get priority service even though you've already made a booking and the wait time ends up just being the same if I just walked in! Everyone save your time and don't even bother making a booking! Lyn is also not very responsive via text!

Very rude lady owner of this shop she don’t no how to talk to the customer.Nothing happened to me but i was waiting for my turn and she’s talking to the customers very rudely like she’s doing it for free.Learn some antique Dear

Highly recommended! Surprisingly cheap for a quality colour and service. Tia is an expert and would not let anyone touch my hair. The travel is worth the wait

Poor customer service. Made a booking via text (only available method) with Lyn for a haircut. She doesn't seem to genuinely care/apologetic that I waited way past my booking time. Ending up leaving because I had another appointment. Tried rescheduling, but no response. Won't ever be coming back.

Came here couple of times and always had a great experience! Tia is awesome! Lyn is very efficient and very responsive to msgs too. Will be my regular haircut place from now on :)

I've been going here for years for a haircut. It can get incredibly busy during the weekends, but they have implemented a booking system due to COVID-19 for week days. Lyn is my favourite - very professional and always a great chat.

Great barber shop, very attentive to detail and fair price.Recommend Michael, great conversationalist and provides quality care during a haircut.Also conveniently located within the plaza, so a quick bite to eat is never too far.Hairwash and product is part of the service, which is always a nice touch to keep oneself looking fresh.Recommend ✅✅
