Symonston Kinder Haven

Highly recommended this daycare. They look after their staff and they are great with the kids and parents. Very good food for the kids too.They just do everything really well and consistently.

Amazing educators, amazing centre resources for the little ones. On site chef who can easily cater for multiple allergies. Love love LOVE this centre so much! Would never send my little girl anywhere else.

My daughter loves kinder haven the staff are fantastic. every morning I take my daughter in, the place is always so clean and the chef is always cooking or baking food that smells amazing. My daughter never wants to leave in the afternoons which makes me feel really happy about the choice of her attending kinder haven. My daughter has also learnt how to talk so many new words In Such a short time of being at kinder haven. Both myself and my partner couldn't be happier.

Too many slip ups and mistakes. Our 2y/o child was concussed while unsupervised, then put down for a nap. Only woke over two hours later when I arrived to pick him up and actively woke him.Less than a week later was found asleep alone in a hot side room, in a jumper (arrived with it in the cool early morning, but was now 28oC), with no supervision and a blanket on. Covered in sweat. I was told he didn’t want to take his jumper off earlier so they left it on all day. Child has potential heat stress and vomiting still days later.Centre is also very run down with old, broken resources.

Fantastic centre, highly recommended. Exceptional staff that are nurturing, attentive and friendly. Great communication verbally as well as electronically to keep up with the kids day. Management are very approachable and there's consistency of care due to such a low staff turnover. Both our daughters have been going here since 1yo and have recommended Kinderhaven Symonston to many friends.

Fantastic daycare centre. Their opening hours and location is so convenient for our family. Long term staff, clean centre, healthy food options. Great communication.

My 18-month-old son absolutely loves Kinder Haven in Symonston. The friendly, supportive staff, the multiple large outdoor playgrounds, the vegetable garden with chickens, the delicious food cooked by an in-house cook, and all the games and learning activities he takes part in every day.The things I love about this childcare centre are the amazing staff, the great facilities, the cleanliness of the centre and the daily photos and updates I receive about my son's day, aligning his activities with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).I know he is in great hands. He is learning everyday through play and organised sensory activities. It is a fabulous centre and I can't recommend it highly enough. We are extremely satisfied with his care at Kinder Haven.

Wonderful childcare center - we have sent our son here for 3.5 years and have always had a positive experience. We are particularly thankful for the love and support of Indu and Sunita over the past few years. They truly are fantastic and loving educators. I often reflect after dropping off how difficult it would be to be a working Mum if I didn't have the total comfortability and trust that I do in Indu and Sunita when leaving an occasionally sad little boy for the day. I hope they remain in education for years to come, they are an incredible asset to the childcare industry.

I have had my children at Kinderhaven Symonston for nearly 4 years and we could not be happier. All of the staff are kind, caring and responsive and the centre is managed fantastically. Both of my children have very different personalities, one is shy and one is more outgoing, and the staff have always ensured that they treat each child as an individual and in a way that works for that specific child. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
